LIMITED LIABILITY, TERMS, and CONDITIONS:

Applied Textiles does not inspect or measure goods prior to processing unless contracted to do so by the customer. Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of receipt of fabric and a return authorization from Applied Textiles must be issued for all returns. Applied Textiles does not accept responsibility for dye performance or fabric manufacturing defects in fabrics received. Applied Textiles disclaims any warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose or consequential damages. Applied Textiles reserves the right to inspect and reprocess any goods deemed unacceptable by the customer. Returns for reprocessing cannot be considered after material has been cut or fabricated in any way. Claims shall be considered only for fabrics damaged by improper processing and shall be limited to the wholesale price of fabric. Allow for working loss of two (2) to five (5) percent (%) per order or at least one half (1/2) yard per piece and one (1) yard per piece for Lamination treatment. Applied Textiles will manage Bow/Skew tolerances to the BIFMA (Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association) Industry Standard of one (1) inch maximum per linear yard for fabrics over 5 yards and for Lamination over 10 yds. All International Suppliers may be subject to incoming verification and /or testing prior to processing and fees may be assessed on a case by case basis. Applied Textiles will assume all incoming fabrics are rolled face in and will not be responsible for off quality goods sent in prior to processing. Multiple fabrics rolled on one tube are subject to a re-rolling charge of $50 per piece. These terms may exclude customers under a separate contract with Applied Textiles.
